Data practices

How we handle your data

Plain language, one page. The privacy policy is the legal version; this is what actually happens.

What we collect

  • Contact and booking forms: name, email, company, role, area of interest, budget range, your message, phone if you add it, and the date and time you request.
  • Newsletter and checklist: your email address.
  • Site usage: a random session identifier kept in your browser for the visit only, pages viewed, time on page, device type, the site that referred you and campaign tags in the link. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to you, schedule the call you asked for and prepare for it.
  • To understand which pages and channels bring people who go on to work with us, so we spend on the right things.
  • To send the newsletter or checklist you signed up for. We do not add form submissions to the newsletter.

Where it lives and who sees it

  • Records are stored in our CRM on our application platform (Base44), encrypted in transit and at rest, and are visible only to MLABS team accounts with an admin role.
  • If you book a call, the invite and video link are created in Google Calendar and Google Meet under our account.
  • Emails are sent through our platform's email service. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to third parties beyond these processors.
  • Client engagements run under NDA where required; your project material is never used to train public models.

How long we keep it

  • Raw site-usage events: 90 days, after which only daily totals without identifiers remain.
  • Leads and bookings: for as long as we are talking or working together, then deleted on request.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (every email has a link, or use the Unsubscribe page).

Your rights

  • Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: one email to hello@mlabs.ae, answered within 30 days.
  • Opt out of site analytics with the switch below; it applies to this browser immediately.
  • This page applies alongside the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021) and, for visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, the GDPR. Our legal basis for processing is your request (forms, bookings), your consent (newsletter) and our legitimate interest in running the website (usage analytics).

Site analytics in this browser

Off means no page views, clicks or time-on-page are recorded from this browser. Forms and bookings still work.
