Four problems we fix, one way of working

Every engagement starts from a problem one of the four pages below describes: scope, timeline and a matching case study are on the page. The same team builds the longer list further down, on the same pilot, build, run model.

How an engagement runs

Pilot, build, run

The same three steps whichever problem you start from. The pilot is the commitment; everything after it is a decision you make with the pilot's results in hand.

12 to 4 weeks

Pilot

One workflow, fixed scope, fixed price agreed on the strategy call. It runs on your real data and ends with the thing working, not a slide about it.

  • Working automation on one workflow
  • Written handover: what runs, when, what to do when it flags something
  • A decision on whether to build further

Your time

About three hours in total: a 60-minute kickoff, two 30-minute check-ins, one review.

24 to 8 weeks

Build

The pilot extended to the rest of the process: more sources, more channels, the parallel run next to the old way until the old way stops.

  • The full workflow live, with exception handling
  • Dashboards and alerts the team actually opens
  • Team trained on the parts they own

Your time

Roughly an hour a week, mostly answering questions about edge cases your team already knows.

3Monthly, cancel with 30 days notice

Run

Monitoring, fixes when a source changes shape, new metrics and channels as the business moves. Most clients stay here; some take the system in-house.

  • Uptime and data-quality monitoring
  • Changes and additions within the retainer hours
  • Quarterly look at what to automate next

Your time

A 30-minute monthly review. Everything else is a message.

Pricing. Pilots are a fixed price scoped on the strategy call; the number is in the proposal before any work starts. Retainers are monthly.

Ownership. Code, prompts, dashboards and credentials sit in your accounts from day one. Leaving is a handover, not a negotiation.

Humans in the loop. Every automation ships with an exception path a person reviews. Nothing customer-facing runs unmonitored.

The longer list

Everything else the same team builds

If your problem is not one of the four above, it is usually one of these. Same model, scoped on the call.
