The Challenge

Drivers were using a legacy app that synced only at the end of the day. Dispatchers had to call drivers to get status updates. This lack of visibility meant they couldn't proactively solve delays or optimize routes in real-time.

The Solution

We integrated with their new fleet telematics API to feed a live map view in the HQ command center. We added a predictive layer that alerts dispatchers if a truck is likely to miss a window based on current traffic and weather, allowing for proactive customer communication.
